I signed up for service on 48 Village Way in Malvern. The first week I had no service and accumulated enormous amounts of trash after moving into our new house bc you couldn't locate any bins to provide me with despite being eager to have my business and sign me up.
I finally recd my bins and had pick up for 2 weeks.
Yesterday (11/22/2021) my trash and 2 red cycle bins were taken by your company.
I called the company immediately, was told no one could reach the driver and no one had any idea when the bins would be returned.
All this before Thanksgiving when I will be accumulating large quantities again?!
I find it hard to believe the driver doesn't have a cell phone to reach him and communicate your company's error instructing him to return my cans.
When will my bins be returned? Why should I make payment on a bill I just recd for service like this?
