Not satisfied with the trash & recycling pickup

It has been 3 weeks since trash and recycling have been picked up. Called and asked for credits on my account and was told NO credits. I called residential customer service 2 times to be kept on hold for 45 minutes each time. I spoke to billing and the rep was so rude I finally cancelled my service.

Terrible Service

Horrendous service that somehow continues to get worse! My recycling hasn't been picked up in 35 days, I have been told on numerous occasions, after being on hold for 30 minutes, that it would be picked up and hasn't been. Now I am trying to get through to customer service and they have hung up on me once today and now they have put me into an endless wait queue after waiting through 27 others in front of me, listening to the hold music forever. Any other service has to be better than this!

Still no recycling been picked up so we are throwing it all in the trash so you can take your recycling cans back we will not use that can no more cause they haven't been here in over 5 weeks now and all the neighbors are really really upset with the recycling people. And that's why they are all throwing their recycling in the trash too.

Recycle pickup

Are recycling has not been picked up on our road and all the neighbors are getting very upset that we are ready to go else were and say good bye to aj blosenski for every. We are ready to start throwing out our recycling and I am not paying for the recycling at all anymore.

Non-existant Customer Service \Failure to meet pickup comittments

I have tried no less than 12 times to contact your office via web support portal and calling and leaving message due to failure to perform pickups as scheduled . Ever since the company has been sold, we have had terrible, unreliable service . Our pickup is supposed to be twice per week which now has transitioned to once per week and the day of pickup is not consistent. It appears our pickup is whenever day they get around to it . I was a long time customer and was impressed by the service we had for years . After the Sale, Customer service response is "non-existent" . I am considering this "customer abandonment" and the pickups that are occurring are not fulfilling the obligation for payment. As stated on this same page, you submit for a contact that never happens ..."A.J. Blosenski, Inc. understands the value of quality service. The customer is the foundation on which we have built our reputation. We continue to strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction" . Currently, have 0% customer satisfaction under new management.! My trash has been setting out since Mon 6/19 so whenever they decide to pick it up this week you can pick your can up with it . Since there is no other valid way to contact this company via phone, email etc... nor will they respond, customers have been abandoned

I don't know where to start! They were clearly bought out and now they keep taking the money but don't pick up our trash?? How hard is this? The company is clearly restructuring and making a mess of the business and now we don't know when or if our trash will even be picked up??

Switching due no pickup and no way to get a live person in customer service. They were bought out and perhaps they dont want this route. But its no way to treat customers after a buyout, especially with something as critical as trash pickup!

Poor service

I signed up for service on 48 Village Way in Malvern. The first week I had no service and accumulated enormous amounts of trash after moving into our new house bc you couldn't locate any bins to provide me with despite being eager to have my business and sign me up. I finally recd my bins and had pick up for 2 weeks. Yesterday (11/22/2021) my trash and 2 red cycle bins were taken by your company. I called the company immediately, was told no one could reach the driver and no one had any idea when the bins would be returned. All this before Thanksgiving when I will be accumulating large quantities again?! I find it hard to believe the driver doesn't have a cell phone to reach him and communicate your company's error instructing him to return my cans. When will my bins be returned? Why should I make payment on a bill I just recd for service like this?

We started service about 2 months ago everything was fine until last week. The recycling crew picked up a box of cardboard but failed to empty the 2 full bins. I called and received an apology and was told that it would be picked up the next day. NEVER HAPPENED! This week the bins are overflowing and unemptied, another call and another promise to have the crew pick up it today yet. Guess what, another Empty Promise! I'm cancelling my service and going with another hauler. If this is what Customer Service has come to in America it's no wonder this country is in the shape it's in! Promises (LIES) and *** Poor Service. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

Customer service

About a month ago my husband and I put out two trash cans, one belonged to Aj Blosenski and another one from a company we first used when we moved to Douglassville 15 years ago. We have been with Aj for over 12 years. When we went to retrieve the trash cans, there was only one left. We called the company to obtain a new trash can. They told us they would deliver a new one the following g week. A week goes by and no new trash can. So my husband called them. We were told that since the one can left was an AJ can they would not leave us a new one unless we were willing to pay, are you ready for this, $125 outright or rent one per month. We tried to explain that their company was the last one to handle our cans. they did not want to hear it. All I received was, “ did we see them take it”. Granted, while I did not see them, they were the last people to handle our cans. In 12 years no of my neighbors have coveted our trash cans. The point of this is customer service. We have been loyal customers, customers that pay their upcoming bill outright at the end of each year, and this is what we get in return. Their 125 trash can is worth more than loyal customers like ourselves. So please be aware, our interests the paying customers who keep their business going, are not worth a $125 can. I guess loyalty means different things to different people. So again BE AWARE OF AJ Bolenski
